Holiday Gremlin Scavenger Hunt
Dearest people of Sonoma County and, in particular, Santa Rosa,
Gremlins have been reported in Santa Rosa.
There could be as many as seven of the creatures hiding, reading, plotting, scheming and generally making mischief across the width and breadth of the downtown area.

Every winter, the Holiday Gremlins come out. Their appearance and their schemes change year to year but their mission remains constant: Mischief.
Tree falls over in the middle of the night despite the new tree stand? Holiday Gremlins.
Time to light the menorah but there are no matches and all the lighters are out of fuel? Holiday Gremlins.
Trying to make the Nog, but someone dumped all the nutmeg in the salad? Holiday Gremlins.
The Holiday Gremlins are, apparently, trying to pass themselves off as Elves this year. Please do not be fooled. While costumed Holiday Gremlins bear many resemblances to Holiday Elves, the yellow skin, bright orange hair, elaborate mustaches, and general grouchy demeanor will inform any keen-eyed Field-Agent-In-Training that these are not, in fact, cheerful, merry Elves.
When dealing with Gremlins, awareness is the key. If you can learn about them (as you just did), and find them (as you’re about to) you can keep your holiday mischief-free.
We here at My Town Is Magical are always collecting and recording reports of magical creatures. In the last days and weeks we have received numerous reports on the Holiday Gremlin appearances. Using a combination of collating data, triangulating sightings, and strenuous field work, we have prepared a map for your use in finding the Holiday Gremlins of Santa Rosa.
