Giant metal woman wanders into small Northern California town

This report in from observant contributor, Nancy Gilder:

Do you know who these creatures are?

As most of us are walking more and new directions with SIP, I did too one day and came across these magnificent objects. It was amazing to see and experience them.

Nancy!

I do NOT know who these creatures are.
But I will get right to work.

We here at My Town is Magical have the most up-to-ancient-date musty dusty tomes of magic and lore.
At a glance it appears to be some sort of construct, colossus, maybe even a golem?
Not sure.

I’ll have to consult the notes and get back to you.
Please keep us updated with any developments!

Thanks very much,

We here at My Town is Magical are still not entirely sure what this towering, beautiful, statuesque woman could be. We looked in our books, nothing helpful. We checked our seismic (magic, of course) instruments but there was no evidence of great stompings or crashings of late.

And, yet, here it is, a formidable colossus in our midst.

She has not moved in some time, and appears to be rather enjoying the breeze… possibly the sun? It’s hard to say. She seems in every way peaceful, for which we can all be thankful.

It’s hard to say whether this construct is a golem, a colossus, an agent of good, of neutrality, or a giant metal, evil, death machine waiting to strike, lulling us into a false sense of security with her immobility and apparent serenity.

We will keep an eye on this case, and - should there be any developments - we will keep you updated.
